Operating from Varanasi with an active nationwide reach of over 70+ members including dynamic execution in cities like Delhi we actively work to uplift communities through clean-up initiatives, essential donation drives (food, clothes, and stationery), school awareness campaigns, and extensive ground surveys. Through impact-driven flagships like Project SHE India, The Dandupur Project, Project Digital Empowerment, and our Free Counselling Project, alongside powerful collaborations with partner NGOs, our team works tirelessly to build a safer, healthier, and brighter future for all.

Under his direction, the team has expanded to over 70+ members nationwide, delivering impactful grass-roots initiatives from essential donation drives and community cleanups to major initiatives like Project SHE India, The Dandupur Project, Project Digital Empowerment, and free mental health counselling services.
Operating from Varanasi and driving outreach across regions including Delhi, Sourabh actively fosters collaborative partnerships with fellow NGOs and institutions to amplify community impact. His leadership continues to steer the organisation forward in its mission of "Helping the Little Ones" and creating lasting, positive change across India.
Siddhant Chauhan
Working closely alongside the Director, the General Secretary plays a vital role in the overall management and strategic operations of the NGO. As an operational leader, they are responsible for guiding team workflows, driving cross-department coordination, and maintaining structural clarity across all initiatives. A key pillar of their role is leading member developmentoverseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of our 70+ members nationwide. By equipping volunteers with the right tools and direction, they foster a collaborative environment that keeps our ground-level drives running seamlessly.
Rishabh Gupta
Serving as the primary link between strategy and action, the Executive Manager leads all on-ground activities while overseeing core administrative operations. They take direct responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing ground-level drives including cleanups, awareness campaigns, and donation distributions ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently. Alongside field leadership, they manage crucial administrative workflows, resource allocation, and documentation, keeping the NGO’s day-to-day operations organized, compliant, and ready to scale across communities.
Snehal Singh
Combining creative vision with operational leadership, she heads our Social Media and Creative Department as Executive Manager, shaping the NGO’s digital presence and public narrative. She directly manages our creative team, conceptualizing impactful campaigns, posts, and visual strategies that bring our mission to life online. Beyond content direction, she actively mentors and trains our content creators, nurturing their storytelling skills and ensuring that every project from ground-level updates to nationwide digital campaigns resonates deeply with our community and supporters.
Manisha Bhandari
Serving as the primary voice of our NGO across digital channels, the Social Media Manager oversees the daily management and growth of our social media platforms. She works closely with the creative team to plan, schedule, and publish high-impact content bringing our ground-level drives, donation campaigns, and project updates straight to our audience. By tracking analytics, managing community interactions, and keeping our online followers engaged, she ensures our mission of making a safe, healthy, and educated India reaches and inspires people every single day.
Kaushika Shaw
Driving the NGO's public voice and strategic outreach, she leads and manages the entire Public Relations department to amplify our mission nationwide. She designs and executes tailored monthly PR campaigns aligned with our key initiatives from community drives to flagship projects ensuring maximum visibility and community engagement. In addition to steering her PR team, she directly manages our official LinkedIn presence, building strong professional networks, cultivating media relations, and representing our impact to external stakeholders and partner organizations.
Uzair Ahmed
Steering the technological backbone of the organization, he serves as the IT Manager and Head of the Department of Digital Empowerment. He oversees all technical operations across the NGO from developing and maintaining our official website to delivering continuous technical support and solutions for our nationwide team. Beyond keeping our digital infrastructure running seamlessly, he leads our digital empowerment initiatives, leveraging technology to bridge learning gaps and drive innovative, tech-enabled social impact on the ground.
Mukesh Singh
Serving as the backbone of our organizational culture, the HR Manager oversees the recruitment, management, and overall well-being of our nationwide network of 70+ members. They handle the complete volunteer lifecycle from talent acquisition and intern onboarding to role placement and performance coordination across departments. By maintaining clear internal communication, resolving queries, and fostering an inclusive, supportive environment, they ensure that every team member feels valued, motivated, and empowered to drive meaningful social impact.
